OCBH clients get several different levels of service for all of their clients, no matter of client size. First, all OCBH partners have a dedicated service team within isolved to work with you to best help your clients with the level of engagement you choose to have. Each OCBH client receives a dedicated client service rep, eliminating the call center model most payroll companies have. Clients over 100 employees also receive a client experience manager, whose only job is to make sure your clients are happy at all times.
